Role overview
As a Store Assistant in Blackrock, you will be a key part of the store team, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The role involves supporting deliveries, replenishing stock, helping shoppers, and contributing to a positive in-store experience. You will be part of a busy, supportive team where everyone plays a part in delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver helpful, efficient service to customers throughout the store.
- Replenish shelves, review product condition, and keep displays and merchandising standards high.
- Handle checkout transactions accurately and without delay.
Skills and experience
- A warm, approachable manner and a willingness to assist both customers and colleagues.
- Comfort with a physically active role in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability, flexibility, and a positive attitude when priorities change quickly.
- Confidence with numbers and basic till work.
- Previous retail experience can help, but it is not required.
