Spreadsheet QA / Workbook Maintenance Evaluator

About the Role

This contract position is for a spreadsheet quality assurance and workbook maintenance evaluator working remotely. The role focuses on reviewing AI-produced work and helping raise the quality, accuracy, and presentation standards of generated materials.

Compensation

Pay is set at $80 to $120 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Assess AI-created outputs using defined quality standards for the relevant domain.
• Spot errors in facts, visual presentation, and overall polish across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Deliver concise, organized feedback that helps improve the correctness and depth of AI-generated content.
• Partner with AI research teams to support stronger model results and better training data.
• Operate independently and on an asynchronous schedule while meeting deadlines and maintaining high evaluation quality.

Required Background

• At least 5 years of professional experience in spreadsheet QA or workbook maintenance.
• Strong command of English, either native-level or professional fluency.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.

Preferred Profile

• An advanced degree such as a Master's or above from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
