Specialist – Building Information Modelling

About the Role

This position focuses on improving terminal planning through advanced digital modelling, BIM integration, and data-led decision-making. The aim is to strengthen project efficiency, precision, and overall execution quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and rollout of digital optimisation and simulation plans that improve the speed and accuracy of project planning and delivery.
• Embed technology assets within BIM processes so coordination remains smooth and project data stays aligned across all stages.
• Track BIM model performance to confirm it meets project needs, technical requirements, and organisational goals.
• Create and maintain structured BIM documentation processes that support traceability and knowledge continuity.
• Prepare detailed stakeholder reports covering BIM progress, performance indicators, project updates, and simulation results.
• Support training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives on BIM tools and practices to strengthen team capability and project outcomes.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in BIM management, digital engineering, or a similar field is needed.
• Prior hands-on experience with BIM implementation is essential.

Additional Information

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time onsite position.
