About the Role

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking individuals with backgrounds in education and teaching to transition into a Special Agent role. Responsibilities

Plan and execute investigations into potential violations of federal laws, cybersecurity threats, and public safety concerns.
Apply judgment, resourcefulness, and adaptability to meet diverse investigative demands.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with various law enforcement agencies at federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international levels.
Maintain a high level of physical fitness to effectively perform law enforcement duties.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance.
Must be willing to undertake required travel.
Must satisfy all FBI employment eligibility criteria.
A bachelor’s degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college or university is required, with a preference for degrees in education or related fields.
College transcripts must be submitted for verification of all degrees.
Resume must not exceed two pages and should clearly detail relevant work experience with start and end dates.
Veterans must submit DD 214; disabled veterans must submit DD 214, SF-15, and a VA letter dated 1991 or later.
