Role overview
This position is focused on building and strengthening the organization’s presence across major social platforms. The selected professional will plan and deliver content-led campaigns that improve visibility, encourage engagement, and help grow the audience over time.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement social media plans that support brand recognition, community engagement, and follower growth.
- Develop, edit, organize, and publish compelling content suited to different channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
- Keep track of platform trends, audience activity, and competitor moves to improve content strategy and results.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and support campaign objectives.
- Run social media calendars, coordinate campaign schedules, and monitor important performance metrics.
- Interact with followers, answer questions, and help foster a positive and active online community.
- Compile monthly performance summaries and turn analytics into practical recommendations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline.
- Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of social platforms, audience analytics, and content patterns.
- Strong ability to write clearly, tell stories effectively, and communicate well.
- Hands-on familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- A creative eye, strong attention to detail, and a sense of visual presentation.
