MideaSeed is seeking a social media professional who can combine creativity with strong execution to support the growth of multiple brand accounts. The role is based in Boring Road, Patna, and is designed for someone comfortable working in an in-office environment, keeping up with fast-changing social trends, and turning ideas into engaging digital content.
Compensation and growth
The compensation depends on the position offered after the selection process and on the candidate’s experience and capability. For a Social Media Associate, the expected pay range is ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month. For a Social Media Manager, the expected pay range is ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month. The company also notes that strong performance can lead to growth and an increment after 3 to 6 months.
Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will help plan and publish content across social media channels, manage day-to-day activity on Instagram, Facebook, and related platforms, and contribute to social media campaigns and brand-building efforts. The role also includes working with design, content, and production teams, tracking platform updates and algorithm changes, reviewing post performance, and supporting creative brainstorming, campaign execution, and shoot coordination when needed.
