About the role
A company focused on fire pumps manufacturing, along with the supply and installation of fire alarm and safety systems, is hiring a showroom supervisor for its branch in Khamis Mushait.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the showroom’s day-to-day operations and keep work running smoothly.
- Track sales performance and work toward monthly targets.
- Welcome customers, answer their questions, gather their details, and present suitable offers.
- Maintain the showroom in a presentable condition and ensure products and displays are properly arranged.
- Work closely with sales, procurement, and technical services teams to coordinate activities.
- Monitor orders and invoices, and prepare reports using the CRM platform.
Requirements
- Possess a suitable academic background.
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or showroom management.
- Be comfortable using computers and CRM systems.
- Speak Arabic fluently and have a good command of English.

This opportunity is based at the Khamis Mushait branch in Asir, Saudi Arabia. The role is full-time and on-site.
