Role overview
We are looking for a Shift Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-food restaurant in Pembroke, Ontario. This role focuses on supervising the team, supporting smooth service, and helping maintain food quality, safety, and operational standards.
Key duties
- Oversee and coordinate the work of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to team members on their job responsibilities, hygiene practices, and safety procedures.
- Make sure food quality and customer service consistently meet required standards.
- Keep accurate records related to inventory, equipment repairs, sales, and product wastage.
