About the Company
Dev Salt Private Ltd is the leading business within Dev Group of Companies and is known for supplying premium salt to international markets, along with operating a modern facility for producing high-grade liquid bromine.
Role Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing daily bromine plant activities during the shift, ensuring smooth coordination across production, quality, safety, manpower, and documentation functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise complete day-to-day bromine plant operations during assigned shifts.
- Plan and manage shift rosters and coordinate work across the team.
- Maintain operational records and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
- Track raw materials and support their proper handling and usage.
- Monitor product quality and help maintain required standards throughout production.
- Oversee solution preparation and related process activities.
- Handle pump and tank changeovers as part of regular plant operations.
- Supervise ISO filling and testing activities.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in the plant area.
- Guide and coordinate labor, Field Operators, and DCS Operators during the shift.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have a chemical background and prior experience in bromine plant operations. The role calls for someone capable of managing shift execution, DCS and field teams, production flow, quality control, EHS practices, manpower coordination, and process efficiency.
