About the Role
This role is part of a major global energy services organization that focuses on helping clients innovate, grow, and deliver reliable results. The position is centered on hands-on field operations within pipeline and process services, with an emphasis on safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Work under close supervision to support strong customer relationships at the job site.
- Set up and take down equipment at the worksite, and prepare it for service execution.
- Operate low-pressure and high-pressure pumps, air compressors, chemical metering systems, filtration units, and related equipment safely during service delivery, following the job plan and performance standards.
- Carry out required calculations at the worksite when needed.
- Collect, record, and share job-related data as required.
- Help clean, repair, and get equipment ready for the next assignment.
- Use competency processes to strengthen technical capability and job performance.
- Support cost control, operational efficiency, and profitability through accurate and timely work.
- Promote safety awareness, environmental responsibility, and quality improvement activities.
Experience and Skills
The role typically requires skills gained through completion of HES career development requirements as an Operator Assistant II, along with approximately 6 months to 2 years of PSL experience. A solid understanding of the service line is expected, plus a working awareness of other service functions. Knowledge of HMS and HSE standards and guidelines for PSL personnel is important. A valid motor vehicle driving license is required.
