Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative

Role overview

This is a permanent, full-time Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative position based in Cork City, Glanmire, County Cork, Ireland. The role begins and ends at home each working day, with responsibility for visiting a range of customers, delivering services, and maintaining high service standards.

The starting salary is €29,350, with an on-target earnings potential of €32,500.

What you will do

• Travel to customer sites and complete service requests in a professional and courteous way.
• Use practical problem-solving to choose the most effective service solution for each customer.
• Install, fit, collect, and exchange products or units as needed during customer visits.
• Keep service management informed with timely updates and feedback on customer requests and related matters.
• Make sure all stock and services provided are suitable for the customer’s needs.
• Help shape route planning and service solutions for new customer requirements.
• Follow all company health and safety rules and procedures.
• Work to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Look for opportunities to generate additional sales and support company performance targets where appropriate.

What you need

• A full, clean Irish or EU driving licence.
• The ability to organise tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A clear commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• The confidence to use your own initiative and a positive, can-do approach.
