What You Will Do
- Welcome guests warmly when they arrive and see them off when they depart.
- Handle luggage assistance and help ensure bags are delivered and collected without delay.
- Support smooth arrival and departure arrangements for FIT guests using limousine transport.
- Stay informed about hotel functions, VIP movements, and current occupancy levels.
- Control traffic movement and assist with taxi coordination at the porte cochere.
- Keep the entrance, lobby, and surrounding guest areas orderly, presentable, and properly staffed.
- Answer guest questions quickly and work with other departments to resolve requests.
- Protect guest and hotel confidentiality and follow key control procedures.
- Join daily briefings and team meetings as required.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and strong department coordination.
- Attend required training and remain current on hotel processes and procedures.
- Follow all health, safety, and security requirements.
- Support sustainability efforts and community-focused programmes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality sector.
