Role overview
KTP Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior/Technical Executive in Civil & Structural (C&S) work for its Singapore office. The role focuses on producing technical drawings, coordinating submission activities, and supporting compliance with relevant design standards for both private and public projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop Civil & Structural drawings for private-sector and public-sector projects.
- Handle drawing submissions to the relevant authorities for approval.
- Plan, track, and coordinate the schedule for drawing submissions.
- Check that design solutions meet applicable code and regulatory requirements.
- Carry out additional drafting work as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements
- A diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related qualification at diploma level or above is required.
- Prior drafting experience with AutoCAD will be a strong advantage.
- Experience with BIM tools such as REVIT, BENLEY BIM, or Civil 3D Design will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Civil & Structural Engineering design and construction practices will be beneficial.
- The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, collaborative, and open to learning.
- A positive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and strong follow-through skills are expected.
