Senior Team Lead

Role Overview

This position sits within a global transport and logistics organisation and focuses on day-to-day warehouse operations, process discipline, and support for team performance. The role calls for someone who can work accurately, follow established procedures, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-controlled warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all warehouse safety rules, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Carry out 5S practices to keep the warehouse organised and efficient.
• Handle warehousing tasks such as inbound processing, outbound processing, and cycle counts in a timely and structured way.
• Inspect shipments visually and flag any irregularities or exceptions.
• Assist the supervisor in meeting required KPIs.
• Support general warehouse operations, including database accuracy, stocktaking, material movement, and document control.
• Make sure all paperwork and records are completed correctly and submitted on time.
• Take part in process improvement activities and help implement changes.
• Keep working toward stronger efficiency and better overall performance.
