Senior Solution Architect

Job Overview

Malomatia is hiring a Senior Solution Architect in Doha, Qatar for an on-site full-time role. The position focuses on turning business and client needs into well-structured technical solutions and supporting delivery from early discussions through implementation.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to capture client needs and shape them into feasible technical solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess, rank, and drive technical initiatives.
• Create and maintain detailed enterprise architecture documentation across application, integration, data, security, cloud, infrastructure, and networking layers.
• Apply strong technical knowledge to design solutions that fit both current client environments and future growth requirements.
• Partner with development teams so that implemented solutions match the approved architecture and quality expectations.
• Offer technical direction and hands-on support across the full project lifecycle.
• Ensure architecture remains scalable, easy to maintain, and capable of extension over time.
• Communicate architectural proposals clearly to clients and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical proposals and RFP responses.
• Spot architecture-related risks such as security weaknesses and performance issues, then help reduce them.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with exposure to multiple architecture domains.
• Strong command of architectural areas including applications, integrations, data, security, cloud, infrastructure, and networking.
• Solid knowledge of design approaches, architectural principles, and industry best practices, including responsibility-driven design, domain-driven design, and event storming.
