The Senior Sales Advisor will guide prospective buyers toward properties that match their requirements. This position is based in Abu Dhabi and operates in a performance-focused sales environment where the goal is to close deals and make the most of every sales opportunity.

Responsibilities

Match potential clients with suitable property options based on their stated preferences and needs.
Operate effectively in a target-oriented sales setting to support revenue growth.
Use available resources efficiently to support the sales process and client engagement.
Contribute informed and practical input during negotiations.
Handle objections, disputes, and other challenging situations with professionalism and confidence.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders.

Required Competencies

Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or industry.
Bring 1 to 4 years of local real estate experience.
Experience working with both developers and brokers will be considered an added advantage.
Show strategic thinking and the ability to approach situations creatively.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Communicate fluently in English.
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Understand Arabic culture well.
Be confident in managing conflicts or difficult conversations.
Show a proactive, positive, and can-do attitude.
Bring passion, integrity, and commitment to the role.
Display empathy and a strong customer-service mindset.

Additional Information

This role is with a private client and is offered as a direct-hire full-time position in Abu Dhabi.
