What the role involves

You will act as a strategic partner for talent acquisition, managing end-to-end recruitment for the sales organization while also supporting hiring needs in other parts of the business. The role is not limited to execution; it also includes improving recruiting processes, strengthening employer branding, and helping refine talent strategy.

Core responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for sales positions, including In-Home Sales Consultants and other roles that drive revenue.
• Create and run proactive sourcing plans to develop strong candidate pipelines.
• Work with hiring managers to understand business needs, build candidate profiles, and support hiring decisions.
• Run structured interviews that align with company competencies and hiring standards.
• Handle and improve job advertising across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and the career site to raise both quality and volume of applicants.
• Use recruiting data such as conversion rates, time-to-fill, and source performance to improve results.
• Provide a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts.
• Assist with hiring in other teams when needed, including call center, operations, and marketing.
• Help ensure compliance with background checks, pre-employment steps, and internal policies.
• Contribute to ongoing upgrades in recruiting processes, tools, and systems.

What the company is looking for

The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a background in sales recruiting. A history of hiring commission-based or in-home sales professionals is strongly preferred.

You should be comfortable using ATS platforms, especially Workable, along with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. A solid understanding of recruitment marketing and candidate attraction strategies is important, as is a data-driven approach to analyzing recruiting performance and improving outcomes.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, ownership, and urgency are essential, along with the ability to juggle multiple open roles at once. A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
