Role overview
This position sits within the Delivery team and focuses on guiding complex customer projects that create measurable business value. The role works closely with architects, technical consultants, and customer representatives to deliver solutions that meet SoftwareOne’s delivery expectations.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of customer projects and be accountable for outcomes related to scope, schedule, budget, and quality. The role also plays an important part in governance, stakeholder coordination, delivery effectiveness, and supporting business expansion and customer satisfaction.
What you will do
- Drive projects from kickoff to completion while meeting the agreed objectives and delivery targets.
- Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and quality in accordance with governance standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Bring together cross-functional contributors and maintain clear ownership across all workstreams.
- Monitor progress, handle issues and risks, and keep stakeholders informed with regular status updates.
- Spot opportunities to improve customer relationships and contribute to commercial growth.
