Role Overview

The Senior Procurement Manager will lead procurement operations and commercial management across procurement initiatives. The position involves handling project timelines, demand coordination, commercial discussions, pricing, contracts, and issue resolution throughout execution.

You will also shape procurement plans in line with business growth priorities, oversee supplier sourcing and management, evaluate supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement in supplier relationships.

In addition, the role requires market analysis to identify trends and changes that can support informed procurement decisions, along with the ability to improve workflows and help different teams solve problems together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement operations and the commercial aspects of procurement projects, including schedule tracking, demand coordination, negotiations, pricing, contract administration, and issue handling during implementation.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that support business goals and growth plans.
  • Source, manage, assess, and improve suppliers, including performance review and development activities.
  • Study market developments and shifts, and use those insights to support purchasing decisions.
  • Review existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and work with cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve execution.

Requirements
