An established financial organisation is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to keep key enterprise applications running smoothly and to help improve them over time. The role focuses on maintaining system reliability, supporting enhancement initiatives, and delivering advanced technical assistance for important business platforms.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day support for critical financial software used by the business.
• Diagnose complicated application issues and drive them to resolution.
• Contribute to upgrade work and broader system improvement projects.
• Collect business needs and translate them into practical requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors as well as internal teams and stakeholders.
• Execute testing activities and help verify solution quality.
• Create technical notes and clear end-user guidance.
• Assist with connections and data flow between enterprise systems.
• Track application performance and suggest ways to make it better.
• Be available for support outside normal hours when needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• Between 5 and 7 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Hands-on exposure to financial software platforms or ERP systems.
• Good command of SQL and database concepts.
• Prior experience working with software vendors.
• Strong problem-solving ability and sharp analytical thinking.
• Background in banking or financial services is an advantage.
