Role overview

ntegrity is a full-service agency focused largely on not-for-profit organisations, with a mission to help good grow. The team partners with purpose-led clients to improve fundraising results, strengthen team capability, and increase real-world impact. The agency operates as a certified B Corp, with a strong emphasis on people development, thoughtful ways of working, and a culture that supports high standards because the mission matters.

The Senior Creative Designer will join a cross-functional team and take ownership of the visual direction of campaigns from early concept work through to final output. This role combines creative leadership with strategic thinking, and requires a strong grasp of fundraising, design, advertising effectiveness, and art direction across multiple channels.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to shape briefs into compelling visual strategies, make sound creative decisions, and ensure all design work is tied to measurable fundraising and campaign performance outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct the visual development of campaigns from concept to delivery across digital, video, print, and direct mail.
  • Lead complex, multi-workstream projects by defining goals, coordinating teams, managing scope, and keeping schedules and budgets on track.
  • Partner with client-side marketing leaders and internal stakeholders to interpret briefs, refine direction, and present recommendations clearly.
  • Use fundraising knowledge to inform creative decisions that support acquisition, retention, donor experience, and long-term value.
  • Review work from designers and freelancers, provide constructive feedback, and help raise the quality of output across the team.
  • Promote sensible and responsible use of AI tools to improve speed and creative quality while keeping human judgment central.
  • Contribute to evolving agency processes and ways of working through experimentation and practical innovation.

What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of design experience, including 3 to 5 years in a fundraising or performance-based agency setting.
  • Agency experience is essential, along with the ability to work in cross-functional squads and handle competing client demands.
  • Strong understanding of how creative work supports fundraising performance and donor behaviour.
  • Proven ability to design for results, test ideas visually, and refine output based on data and outcomes.
  • Experience leading end-to-end creative projects with minimal supervision.
  • An impressive portfolio showing high-impact campaigns across digital, print, video, and direct mail.
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders such as CMOs and Heads of Marketing.
  • Ability to give and receive direct feedback in a mature, collaborative way.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
  • Comfort using AI tools responsibly as part of the creative process.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining strong quality standards.

What makes this role unique

  • The work is centred on not-for-profit impact and fundraising effectiveness rather than brand-only creative.
  • You will have real ownership and autonomy, with expectations to think independently and bring forward strong ideas.
  • The environment is fast-paced, accountable, and focused on measurable outcomes.

Benefits

  • Remote and flexible working arrangements.
  • Upfront sick leave.
  • Preventive health support.
  • Dedicated learning and development funding.
  • In-person strategy weeks to reconnect and recharge with the team.
  • Personalised development and on-the-job growth opportunities.
