What you'll do
- Own and maintain the overall change strategy, making sure it stays aligned with programme scope, design decisions, and governance expectations.
- Build and deliver practical change plans across several workstreams.
- Assess organisational readiness for change and design the transition approach accordingly.
- Work closely with stakeholders to build support, increase buy-in, and strengthen business readiness.
- Contribute to communication, training, and engagement activities that help the rollout succeed.
