Role Summary

AYA is hiring an on-site Security Guard for its Al Ain location. In this position, you will help maintain a safe and orderly environment for residents, guests, staff, and property assets by patrolling assigned areas, monitoring access points, and responding to security concerns as they arise.

Key Duties

• Patrol designated parts of the property and keep watch over the surroundings to support safety.
• Control entry to the premises and verify identification when needed.
• React quickly to alarms, disturbances, and other security incidents.
• Identify and escalate suspicious behavior or potential hazards.
• Record daily activities, unusual events, and incident details accurately.
• Coordinate with property management and emergency responders when required.
• Help enforce company safety rules and security procedures.
• Inspect gates, entry points, common spaces, and security equipment on a routine basis.

Candidate Profile

• You should be capable of monitoring premises, patrolling assigned zones, and handling incidents promptly.
• Experience with access control, visitor checks, and basic crowd management in residential or hospitality settings is important.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking are needed.
• Knowledge of safety practices, emergency response, and basic first aid is an added advantage.
• You must be observant, detail-oriented, and able to stay composed in high-pressure situations.
• A courteous, professional, and service-minded approach toward residents and guests is expected.
• The job requires shift flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior exposure to security, facilities, or hospitality work will be considered beneficial.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; security-related training or certifications are a plus.
• You should be physically able to stand, walk, and carry out patrol duties for long periods.
