Role overview
Rentokil Initial is looking for a Sales Associate in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia to promote and sell Rentokil Boecker® services and products. This role combines market prospecting, relationship management, client presentations, pricing support, proposal preparation, contract closure, and the use of marketing activities to drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out the sales plan created by the Sales Manager in order to achieve monthly sales targets, business goals, renewals, and profitability objectives.
- Search for potential customers and business leads by actively prospecting the market.
- Deliver polished and persuasive sales presentations, explaining how Rentokil Boecker® solutions support health, property, and environmental safety in a sustainable way.
- Visit client sites and assess premises when technical requirements and pricing estimates are needed.
- Design ideas and build offers for target clients using the required marketing tools and methods.
- Introduce new products and services to existing customers and strengthen relationships through scheduled courtesy calls and visits.
- Address customer needs and coordinate with all involved parties to ensure requests are handled properly.
- Guide clients through the service process so they can obtain maximum value from Rentokil Boecker® offerings.
- Prepare detailed quotations, follow them through to contract conversion, and manage post-sale follow-up.
- Oversee contract renewals whenever required.
- Share completed sales and renewals information with the Operations Department in a timely and clear manner.
- Maintain client information accurately and promptly in Rentokil Boecker® systems.
- Produce and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions to support promotion of its services.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, or a similar field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or B2B selling within relevant markets.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Experience with reporting and monitoring, along with strong attention to detail.
- Sound decision-making ability and effective problem-solving skills.
