About the role

Banjo’s is seeking an energetic and self-driven Sales Assistant to join the Launceston team. This role sits within the Sales Team and focuses on delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy food retail setting.

The position suits someone who enjoys working with others, stays calm in a quick-moving environment, and is comfortable serving customers across a range of shifts. Work is available seven days a week, with shifts running from 5:00 am to 6:30 pm, including weekends and public holidays, which offers variety and flexibility.

What you’ll do

Provide quick, welcoming, and attentive service to customers.
Prepare and serve quality food, beverages, and coffee items.
Display and merchandise products in an appealing way.
Follow Banjo’s workplace health and safety procedures to help maintain a safe environment for the team and customers.
