Role Overview

The company is hiring a Retail Store Coordinator for its Orillia store. This position focuses on leading day-to-day store activity, supporting an excellent shopping experience, and helping the team perform effectively in a busy retail setting. It is well suited to someone who enjoys taking initiative, guiding others, and working in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will help keep store operations running smoothly across customer service, visual presentation, and merchandise processing. You will support team coordination, communicate priorities clearly, and help maintain strong standards on the sales floor and in the back room.

You will also coach Associates on service expectations and store procedures, support training and development, and help build attractive merchandise presentations that strengthen the store’s overall brand and value message.

Compensation

The expected hiring pay range is $19.60 to $24.50 per hour. The final offered rate may be above this range depending on relevant experience, skills, and local market conditions.
