Role overview
Woolworths Group is hiring a Retail Assistant for replenishment in Queenstown, Otago. This full-time, on-site role is focused on helping the store run smoothly, keeping shelves well stocked, and making sure customers receive a positive shopping experience.
Working roster
You may be scheduled on either of the following shifts:
- Tuesday to Saturday, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
- Sunday to Thursday, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
What you will do
- Deliver friendly and effective service to customers to improve their overall store visit.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the store by responding to customer needs.
- Keep the store looking tidy, attractive, and well presented to support high customer satisfaction.
- Greet customers actively, handle questions or complaints quickly, and offer personalised help.
- Replenish stock regularly, with particular attention to essentials and fresh food, while maintaining quality, rotation, and display standards.
- Work closely with the team to complete daily tasks and maintain cleanliness and organisation.
- Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and ensure work is completed in line with company policies and legal obligations.
