Reservation Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Handle travel reservations end to end, covering lodging, transport, and bundled travel experiences.
• Check booking information thoroughly to ensure it is complete and accurate before final confirmation.
• Stay in touch with clients to collect required details and share booking updates.
• Modify existing reservations whenever changes are needed.
• Coordinate with travel partners to verify availability and finalize bookings.
• Keep reservation records and client information well organized and up to date.

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Ability to organize tasks effectively and work to deadlines.
• Comfort using online reservation platforms and related tools.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in administrative support, customer service, or reservations is an added advantage.
