You will support recruitment and onboarding activities from start to finish, while keeping records accurate and helping deliver timely, high-quality service.   • Help the Talent Acquisition team deliver services and meet section goals.
  • Support full-cycle hiring for union and non-union roles, including posting openings in SuccessFactors, coordinating external advertising, drafting candidate communications, arranging and proctoring virtual and in-person assessments, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires in SuccessFactors and SAP.
  • Monitor onboarding tasks such as electronic signatures and document uploads, and follow up with candidates on missing paperwork.
  • Work with Payroll and People & Equity partners to resolve onboarding problems or data mismatches.
  • Maintain electronic recruitment files and use the applicant tracking system to support staffing activity.
  • Respond to questions from staff, clients, and candidates by phone, email, or in person about policies, procedures, and competitions.
  • Prepare and process sensitive documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Use documented procedures and technology tools to manage time-sensitive recruitment administration and transactions.
  • Provide software and systems support, assist with research and analysis, and compile and summarize data.
  • Complete tasks within service level agreements and collective agreement requirements while managing deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Work with the team to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
