Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Remote Data Entry Specialist to support a distributed team. This fully remote role allows flexible scheduling and can be performed from anywhere within your region. In this position, you will contribute to day-to-day business operations by entering, checking, and organizing data used by different departments. Data Entry and Record Management

Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants should be comfortable typing at least 50 words per minute with an accuracy rate of 98% or better. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or comparable spreadsheet tools is needed, along with familiarity with databases or CRM platforms. The role also calls for good organization, effective time management, and the ability to stay productive while working remotely.
Excellent attention to detail, independent work habits, clear communication, and basic awareness of data privacy practices are important. Experience using cloud collaboration tools is an added advantage.
Technical Setup
A reliable high-speed internet connection is required, along with a personal computer running an up-to-date operating system. Candidates should have access to a quiet, organized workspace suitable for remote work. Familiarity with data validation, keyboard shortcuts, and spreadsheet workflows will be useful.
