Moneyboxx Finance is an impact-focused NBFC working to expand access to credit for small business owners in underbanked areas, especially in tier-3 cities. The organization supports entrepreneurs with secured and unsecured business loans that are designed to be quick, flexible, and practical for growing businesses. Role Overview
The company is looking to hire experienced Relationship Managers or Senior Relationship Managers who have hands-on exposure to secured lending and mortgage sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business generation through open market sales efforts.
- Identify, source, and onboard customers for Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) and other secured lending products.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Meet monthly targets for sales and loan disbursement.
- Work closely with internal teams to support smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in Micro LAP and loan-against-property sales.
- Knowledge of secured lending and mortgage sales.
- Ability to generate leads through open market activities.
- Customer acquisition and relationship-building capability.
- Sales and business development orientation.
