Role Overview
The company is hiring a Relationship Manager in Dubai to drive corporate insurance business growth across a broad product portfolio. The role focuses on client acquisition, account development, and maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Present and sell a broad suite of insurance solutions to business clients, covering non-motor lines such as property, liability, workmen compensation, engineering, and professional indemnity, along with employee benefits products like medical, group life, and personal accident, as well as motor fleet cover.
- Create and implement business plans aimed at growing the client portfolio and delivering monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, business partners, and colleagues across teams.
- Track market movement and customer needs to spot new business prospects.
- Follow regulatory requirements and consistently deliver strong customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of insurance sales experience in the UAE market.
- A valid UAE driving licence is required.
- Clear communication, persuasive negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
- A proactive, results-focused person who can work effectively without close supervision.
- Exposure to general insurance products will be considered an advantage.
