Role Overview
This position is focused on expanding a secured lending business across assigned markets. The role suits a driven professional who can source, manage, and convert leads into disbursals while building a strong offline distribution network.
Coverage areas include Noida, Delhi (Uttam Nagar), Lucknow, and Jaipur. Candidates with experience in Affordable Housing will have an added advantage. Those with team-handling experience may be considered for the Cluster Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
The Relationship Manager will support growth in secured lending products such as Home Loans, LAP, Micro LAP, and MSME LAP by combining app-based lead sourcing with on-ground channel development.
- Own monthly disbursal targets for the assigned city or territory.
- Convert leads generated through the app and open-market referrals into logged-in cases and disbursals.
- Improve funnel performance across lead-to-login and login-to-disbursal stages.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of referral sources, including brokers and connectors.
- Work with local influencers, developers, and agents to expand the lead pipeline.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and HFCs to move files efficiently and close disbursals.
- Collaborate with central operations, credit, and product teams to resolve escalations and meet turnaround expectations.
- For candidates with relevant team leadership experience, manage cluster-level responsibilities where applicable.
Experience and Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in secured lending, especially Home Loans or LAP, with an NBFC or HFC. Hands-on exposure to local channel management and prior sales experience in secured lending are important.
This role requires the ability to build referral ecosystems, influence partner performance, and maintain a consistent disbursal pipeline. Performance will be measured through monthly HL and LAP disbursals, lead conversion ratios, referral activation, and cost of acquisition.
