Role Overview

The organization is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to oversee the full hiring cycle. This role involves identifying talent, evaluating applicants, coordinating interviews, and working closely with both clients and candidates to secure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client hiring needs into clear job descriptions and recruitment plans.
• Identify suitable candidates through job boards, social networks, professional databases, referrals, and online sourcing channels.
• Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial telephonic discussions and preliminary interviews.
• Prepare shortlists and coordinate interview schedules between clients and applicants.
• Manage the recruitment journey from sourcing through offer acceptance and joining formalities.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates throughout the process.
• Keep candidate records updated and ensure recruitment tracking systems are maintained.
• Work toward monthly placement and recruitment goals.
• Discuss compensation expectations and support offer management.
• Provide a smooth and positive experience for candidates during hiring.
• Remain informed about current recruitment practices and hiring trends.

Requirements

• A graduate degree in any discipline is required; an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, consultancy, or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication abilities and a genuine interest in recruitment may also be considered.
• Exposure to bulk hiring, non-IT hiring, IT hiring, or leadership hiring will be an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship management, negotiation, and coordination skills are needed.
• Comfort using MS Office and recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems is expected.
• The role calls for good time management, multitasking, and problem-solving capability.

Compensation
