Qualitative Researcher

Role overview

An enterprise client is seeking a contract qualitative researcher to help strengthen teams through organizational research and practical experimentation. The work centers on identifying evidence-based approaches that improve how people collaborate, learn, and deliver impact.

What you will do

• Investigate how AI is reshaping teamwork within a large enterprise environment.
• Create and refine practices that help teams focus on the most important work, scale knowledge, adopt better ways of working, and perform effectively.
• Work closely with behavioral scientists, instructional designers, and content designers to develop plays and learning materials that support adoption of improved working practices.

Required background

The client is looking for someone with a master’s degree or PhD who can independently handle qualitative research from planning through delivery.

You should have at least 3 years of experience in an applied research setting, along with strong communication skills that allow you to turn complex research findings into clear, practical guidance for non-research audiences.

Experience with AI tools, including prompt writing and using AI as part of everyday work, is an important part of the role.

Contract details

This is a 6-month contract with a possibility of extension. The position is fully remote, but candidates must be physically located in and perform the work from the United States.

To be eligible for representation on this opportunity, candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship for non-immigrant visas such as H-1B, TN, or O visas. Support is not provided for STEM/OPT programs.
