Role Summary

ROU Interio is looking for a full-time remote Pytha Operator to produce accurate 3D furniture models and technical drawings using Pytha software. The role centers on turning design briefs and client inputs into manufacturing-ready documentation for modular furniture.

What You’ll Do

• Build detailed 3D models and technical drawings for modular furniture in Pytha.
• Convert design concepts into drawings that can be used for production.
• Prepare cutting lists, material schedules, and related specifications.
• Check drawings for precision and readiness for manufacturing and installation.
• Work with designers, production staff, and project managers to solve technical challenges.
• Refine designs so they are practical and efficient for fabrication.
• Maintain proper drawing standards, records, and project documentation.
• Manage assigned work to meet deadlines while keeping quality high.
• Communicate clearly with a remote team and coordinate tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with Pytha 3D CAD software, especially for furniture or joinery detailing.
• Strong drafting ability with a solid grasp of dimensions, tolerances, and construction methods.
• Understanding of modular furniture build-up, materials such as boards, hardware, and fittings, and the manufacturing workflow.
• Ability to read design briefs, architectural drawings, and sketches, then translate them into accurate working models.
• Careful, detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality control before releasing files.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for a distributed work environment.
• Strong planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle several projects at once.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, file organization, and documentation tools.
• Previous experience in interior fit-out, furniture design, cabinetry, or joinery drafting is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in interior design, industrial design, architecture, engineering, or a similar technical field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
