One Week Bath is hiring a Purchasing and Scheduling Manager for a growing team in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. This role is centered on keeping purchasing, scheduling, permits, and client communication aligned so projects move forward on time and without avoidable issues. A strong understanding of bathroom products is essential.

The position’s main success measures include ordering materials correctly, ensuring permits are secured by the right team members, keeping the project schedule current, and making sure clients are informed of their start dates so job timelines stay on track.

Schedule Management

  • Keep the master project schedule current and reflect the latest job status and timeline changes.
  • Reach out to clients with proposed start dates and confirm they have accepted the schedule.
  • Follow up on scheduling approvals and quickly resolve conflicts or delays.
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate product arrivals and permitting milestones with the project timeline.

Permit Oversight

  • Confirm that the correct team members have secured all required permits from the proper municipalities before work begins.
