About the Role
Booksthakam Pvt Ltd is looking for a Public Relations Executive to help build visibility for its authors and publishing achievements. The company has a track record that includes supporting debut writers and helping books reach readers in more than 20 countries. This role is for someone who can turn milestones into meaningful media attention and help strengthen the brand’s presence across press and social channels.
The position offers a salary of ₹20,000 per month and is based in Trivandrum, Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Present author milestones, book launches, and major achievements to media outlets of different sizes.
- Act as the communication lead for launches, bestselling titles, and first-time achievements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists and book influencers.
- Help define how the company appears in press coverage and on social media.
- Convert important internal wins into stories that gain wider attention.
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a clear, approachable tone.
- Previous experience in public relations, media outreach, or communications.
- Genuine interest in books and publishing.
- Ability to work independently in a small team environment that moves quickly.
