  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring accountability, clear prioritisation, and effective collaboration throughout the project.
  • Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, putting mitigation measures in place and escalating concerns promptly when needed.
  • Design and run change management activities that prepare stakeholders, support operational readiness, and enable a smooth move into business-as-usual operations.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and vendors, provide clear progress updates, and support informed decision-making with transparent communication and reporting.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience delivering IT projects while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of business systems and project delivery approaches.
  • Well-developed skills in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to create and manage project plans, schedules, and interdependencies.
  • A recognised project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, CSM, or AgilePM.
  • Experience in the Australian and/or New Zealand education sector is preferred.
  • Exposure to SMS, LMS, and CRM platforms, including integrations between them, is desirable.
  • Background in vendor management, business case development, and benefits tracking will be an advantage.
