Project Director

About the Role

ANALITICA M is hiring a Project Director for a fully remote position based in the USA. This is a full-time leadership role focused on end-to-end project oversight, from planning through execution and final delivery.

The position calls for a seasoned professional who can manage project performance, coordinate across teams, control risks, and keep delivery on track while supporting broader business goals. Experience in medical manufacturing, medical devices, industrial manufacturing, or similar sectors is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project department’s day-to-day operations and overall planning.
• Create project plans and steer projects through the full lifecycle, from kickoff to completion.
• Align internal resources and coordinate work across departments to keep execution smooth.
• Track schedule, cost, and quality targets, and quickly address issues as they arise.
• Identify project risks, build mitigation plans, and ensure follow-through on agreed actions.
• Improve project workflows and management practices based on business requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Build, refine, and enforce project management systems and standard procedures.
• Guide, manage, and develop the project team through coaching and training.
• Handle additional related duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management or a closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks, methods, and tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage risk and solve problems effectively.
• Capability to independently lead complex projects and deliver results.
• Comfortable using office applications and project management software.

Preferred Experience

• Background in international or multinational project management.
• Experience delivering complex programs and improving operating processes.
• Familiarity with project management platforms and team collaboration tools.
• Strong client-facing communication and business interaction skills.
• Experience working across cultures and in diverse teams.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment.
• Exposure to team building, talent development, and performance management.
• Strong analytical ability and sound decision-making skills.

Additional Information

Industry experience in medical manufacturing, medical devices, industrial manufacturing, or related fields is considered an advantage. The role requires a leader who can build structure, support delivery discipline, and help the organization achieve its commercial objectives.
