Role Overview

The company is hiring a proactive, highly organized Project Coordinator, Agency Operations to support the daily work of its influencer talent agency division. This position is central to keeping operations efficient, helping execute talent strategy, and ensuring a smooth experience for both internal teams and represented creators. The role calls for someone who understands the influencer landscape, major social platforms, talent management, and content optimization.

This is a 1-year contract position based onsite in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support across the agency, including onboarding, workflow coordination, and system upkeep.
  • Help bring new influencer talent into the organization and ensure a smooth transition into the Viral Nation ecosystem.
  • Create and maintain pitch decks and social-first strategy materials for potential talent and celebrity partnerships.
  • Review platform trends and performance metrics to shape content approaches that support creator growth and engagement.
  • Work closely with Talent Agents and Creative teams to coordinate content delivery, deadlines, and production needs.
  • Keep tracking tools, talent lists, pitch materials, and campaign records current and organized.
  • Track campaign finances and assist with reconciling completed partnerships.
  • Respond to creators’ day-to-day questions and issues in a professional manner, escalating when necessary.
  • Train new agents and coordinators on internal tools, processes, and systems.
  • Stay current on platform changes, social trends, and influencer tools that can improve agency efficiency.
  • Help identify operational improvements and new growth opportunities within talent operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent operations, digital media, or entertainment; agency experience is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of major social platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, along with the factors that affect content performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with influencer sourcing, campaign tracking, and reporting tools such as Airtable, CreatorIQ, and Sprout.
  • Strong organization skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfort working across functions with internal teams and external creators or partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A collaborative approach, close attention to detail, and enthusiasm for the creator economy.
