Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site driving position in Kampala. The selected Professional Driver will be responsible for operating company vehicles safely, keeping to planned routes and schedules, and complying with all road and safety rules. Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly while following assigned routes and timing requirements.
• Observe all traffic laws, road safety standards, and internal company procedures.
• Check vehicles before and after trips and flag any mechanical or maintenance issues promptly.
• Transport passengers or goods securely and ensure timely delivery or arrival.
• Maintain proper trip documentation, including logs, fuel usage, mileage, and other required reports.
• Interact with clients and team members in a polite, reliable, and professional manner.
• Support basic vehicle care and assist with loading or unloading when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior professional driving experience is required, including truck driving where relevant, along with a proven safe driving record.
• Valid CDL Class A or an equivalent commercial driving licence is required.
