The Role

This position sits at the centre of plant operations in Hamilton. You will be responsible for organising, directing, and tracking production so output is delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The role includes managing the production plan, monitoring day-to-day throughput, and working closely with the production planner to review and fine-tune schedules as needed.

Work schedule: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

What You Will Do

  • Guide, mentor, and support the team so daily production goals are achieved.
  • Deliver production plans in line with budget expectations and key performance measures.
  • Share production plans and results clearly with relevant stakeholders.

  • Spot opportunities to improve processes using TPM and Lean methods.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at lowering costs and improving product quality.
