In Singapore, the role sits at the heart of innovation for the Asia-Pacific region, working alongside research, creation, production, and perfumery teams. This position is based in Pioneer, Singapore and reports to the Production Manager.
Role Summary
The Production Compounder is responsible for carrying out compounding work and related production tasks so orders are completed accurately and on time. The role also supports day-to-day production operations through a range of assigned activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform production tasks such as compounding, packing, bottling, cluster operations, and washing as instructed by the team leader.
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements while completing production work.
- Work carefully and consistently to get things right the first time and reduce rework and material waste.
- Maintain a neat, safe, and organized work area through proper housekeeping.
- Handle additional duties assigned by team leaders or managers, such as cycle counts, hose replacement, and weighing scale verification.
Requirements
Applicants should have a GCE O Level qualification or an equivalent credential. A working knowledge of ISO 9000 will be considered an advantage. The job requires willingness to work shifts and the ability to read and communicate in basic English.
