Role overview
This is an entry-level production role within a manufacturing setting in Singapore. The position is open to freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and contribute to daily factory operations.
The selected candidate will assist with routine production work, support material movement, carry out simple machine-related tasks, and complete basic computer-based record updates.
Work schedule
The shift arrangement includes 12-hour shifts for 2 days each week and 8-hour shifts for 3 days each week. Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with everyday manufacturing and production activities.
- Operate basic machine functions such as starting, stopping, and monitoring equipment.
- Safely move and manage materials across the production floor.
- Maintain simple records using MS Office and Excel.
- Observe workplace safety rules and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Coordinate with team members to keep production running smoothly.
Requirements
- O Level, SPM, or an equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior exposure to basic machine operations will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable using MS Office and MS Excel for simple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of software installation is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Comfortable working with basic arithmetic and calculations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
