Product Manager, IoT Connectivity

About the Role

Singtel is looking for a Product Manager to own the IoT Connectivity portfolio and help shape the next stage of connected services. This role focuses on building commercially strong products, improving operations, and driving growth across internal teams, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the IoT product portfolio, including product performance and profit-and-loss responsibility.
• Work closely with technology partners, product teams, network teams, and IT teams to design, integrate, and support IoT offerings.
• Create and improve automated or efficient workflows for billing, customer onboarding, service delivery, and product assurance.
• Present the product strategy and roadmap to internal stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment and reinforce market position.
• Collect input from customers and sales teams to shape roadmap priorities and sharpen the product's market differentiation.
• Evaluate potential technology partners, business partnerships, and new market opportunities.
• Support sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams with enablement materials and go-to-market initiatives that generate demand and leads.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 8 years of experience across product management, program management, network engineering, or software development.
• Proven ability to build, justify, and execute a business case.
• Prior exposure to IoT connectivity solutions for areas such as connected cars and connected assets, preferably at regional scale.
• Business Chinese is an advantage for communicating with Chinese customers.
• MBA qualification or business experience in management consulting or operations consulting is an advantage.
• Strong experience in relevant technical domains such as mobile networks, GSM/CDMA/UMTS/LTE, and IP networks.
• Working knowledge of connectivity management platforms such as Cisco Jasper, Aeris IoTA, or similar tools.
• Understanding of embedded SIM technology and subscription management platforms.
• Exposure to M2M and IoT technologies such as NB-IoT, LTE-M, and IoT application enablement platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with software platforms and middleware used in M2M/IoT environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI workflows and vibe coding is a plus.
