Product Manager

Role overview

The Product Manager will serve as the end-to-end owner of the product journey for Rhodium Impera Group and its entities, including Rhodium Impera International Limited, Rembrandt Global Solutions Limited, and Life Technology Solutions and Services Limited. This role covers the full lifecycle, starting with defining requirements and continuing through launch checks, post-launch oversight, and ongoing product enhancements.

Experience and qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline is required; an MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree will be considered a plus.
• Applicants should bring 4 to 6 years of product management experience, ideally in a technology, fintech, e-commerce, or digital services environment.
• Hands-on experience owning product requirement documents and taking products from idea stage through to release is essential.
• Strong capability in shaping features, maintaining product backlogs, and planning roadmaps is expected.
• The role requires proven success in cross-functional coordination across commercial, design, engineering, and operations teams.
• A good working knowledge of product testing, user acceptance testing, and release coordination is important.
• Experience supporting products used across multiple global markets will be advantageous.
