Dandelion Chocolate is hiring a full-time Product Maker for its Las Vegas chocolate factory. This is an on-site role in the Packaging department, reporting to the Sous Chef. The position runs 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm at 3265 5010 S. Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89118. Pay starts at $22.50 per hour, and the role is described as a hands-on packaging position that requires consistency, speed, and strong attention to quality.

Key duties
- Assemble packaged products such as taped and folded boxes, ribbon-tied items, tins, and gift sets.
- Keep the work area and inventory organized, clean, and sanitized.
- Learn and apply new procedures as new products are introduced.
- Look for ways to support daily operations and improve working methods.
- Use slower periods to prepare for upcoming tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Collaborate with teammates and also work independently when needed.
- Take on any other related duties required by the team.

Work schedule and conditions
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, for a total of 40 hours per week. The position is fully on-site. The work requires standing for long periods, walking throughout the shift, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Compensation and benefits
Pay begins at $22.50 per hour.
