About the role
Noon is expanding a digital ecosystem that supports everyday life across the Middle East with fast, scalable, customer-first products and services. The company’s core purpose is to reach every customer, every day, and it is looking for a Product Analyst to help accelerate that mission.
Noon Minutes, the company’s quickest hyper-local delivery offering, provides FMCG and grocery items with 15-minute delivery. It is currently operating in the UAE and Saudi Arabia with a wide assortment of products delivered in record time.
What you will do
- Build strong subject-matter expertise in the supply chain product area for your squad to uncover customer friction points and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams to interpret business needs and assess how well new features are performing.
- Use data to guide decisions by defining important metrics, monitoring performance, and studying operational trends across the supply chain.
- Plan and execute experiments, including A/B tests, to test assumptions and improve product results.
- Create dashboards and turn findings into practical insights that shape product strategy and improve operational efficiency.
- Investigate operational issues through root cause analysis using structured data and customer feedback.
- Convert both qualitative and quantitative observations into product recommendations that strengthen user experience and business outcomes.
What you need
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methods, with substantial experience applying them in complex environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across varied and cross-functional groups.
- Proven ability to solve difficult design problems and deliver user experiences that are intuitive and impactful.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in product analytics.
- Exposure to supply chain-related work is considered a major plus.
- Good grounding in statistics, analytics, and machine learning.
- Hands-on proficiency with SQL, BigQuery, and Python.
- Experience in product analytics, data science, or another quantitative function is preferred.
