Overview
An established private equity firm is looking to expand its investment team with an Associate or Senior Associate. The role offers hands-on exposure to the full investment cycle, from sourcing and assessing opportunities through execution and ongoing portfolio support.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze potential investments through detailed financial modeling, valuation work, and due diligence.
- Support the completion of acquisitions and other strategic deal transactions.
- Track the performance of portfolio companies and contribute to initiatives that improve value.
- Create investment presentations and take part in discussions with the investment committee.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership across every stage of the investment process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in private equity investing is mandatory.
- Background in investment banking is strongly desirable.
- MBA qualification is preferred.
- Proven ability in transaction execution and financial modeling is required.
- Experience in Business Services is an advantage, but candidates from other sectors will also be considered.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and people skills are important for this role.
